Rachel is doing well, though tired from the weekend and a little slip in the gluten free diet. (She got into some Saltine crackers at church.) She finally has all her teeth in and is continuing to gain weight. Doesn't she look so much better?:
I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His Name together. (Psalm 34:1-3)

Two Girls
Madelynn is making efforts to roll over. She prefers to sleep on her stomach (Shh, don't tell anyone). She has a strong neck and she is working on her legs of steel: kicking, standing, pushing against the side of the couch. Madelynn is 11 weeks now (about 2.5 months). She is sleeping longer at night. Her eyes are still blue, she is chubbier, and she needs a bath.

Her vocabulary is slowly becoming more understandable and less whine-y. Recently Joel and I took the kids aside and created a new rule (guideline?) about blankies only being in their beds. (as opposed to dragging them all over the house) They took it rather well and as a result Rachel has been less lethargic and more playful.
