Renee just called me about a half-hour ago with an update. They will be able to post more details later this evening, but wanted everyone to know as soon as possible.
Emily was in surgery for about 3 hours while they installed a shunt in her heart. The surgery went well and she is now recovering.

this is so amazing and we are praying. My husband and I are friends of Jo and Shane and have been hearing about little Emily from the start. God Bless you and give you strength and her strength as well.
