Rachel is a girl. Below is just one outfit that she has put together in the last day or two. She has a green vest, pink cowgirl boots and a stars and stripes swimsuit on her head. She actually looks pretty good-like a rockstar!
That's awesome. Maybe in a few years wearing a swimsuit on your head will be the thing to do among teenagers... :)
